first attempt with okay success

about a month ago my painted turtle layed 6 eggs and a month later i opened my incubator box and found this. I was soo happy but if anyone who deals with turtles can PM me on what im supposed to do now it would be helpful :) thanks. Sadly only one hatched but im still very happy.
