As many of you know, we lost our dog Lexx to cancer a few weeks ago.

About 2 weeks after we decided we wanted a new dog so we visited the pound and found this guy below (our first and second choices weren't compatible with cats). At first we named him Strom but because he followed me around closer then my shadow we've renamed him "Shadow". He's learned that he's to mind the cats and that all though kitty likes to play she's cruel and heartless. He isn't Lexx but he does try hard to please us.

Oh, my God! Absolutely awesome dog! Nothing better than a shepherd, in my opinion. No other dog will try harder to please.

What a little cutie! I just love shepards... they are one of my favs! Awesome choice in a dog... except training can be difficult! But they are awesome dogs once settled down, and try everything to please their owners. I love them!
