new custom cage

Hey


I was wondering what the best heat source for the cage that built, it has two divided levels, about 4' X 1'. What could i sue for each level for heating that owuldnt cost me to much.

Heat it with Heat pads (human heatpads are cheaper) , and put in some incadescent light fixtures with a low wattage red bulb for night-time viewing.
