how do i post pictures?

I know lots about tarantulas but when it comes to computers, forget about it. I have a dinosaur of a digi camera and my computer doesn't have a usb port so I have to view my pictures using a smart disk "flash pack" by smart media. I have the acdsee programme in my computer so here is my question. How do I copy my picture to be able to post them on ssnakess. Please reply and thanks.

I didn't check it out yet but thanks for the advice. When I do figure it out I'll be posting various tarantula picture in the general invertabrate forum for those of you interested.
