I have a female red tail who is about 3 feet in length.I just changed her over to rabbits and now she has runny poo...WHY?
There could be a great many reasons for "runny poo"...parasites that were present before the diet change and are now pathogenic(harmful) or quite possibly, the diet change itself....take the snake to a Vet if you see signs of physical effects such as dehydration...or just go to a Vet anyways

I just switched my BCI over to rabbits too. I'll watch for runny poo... maybe it's just the way rabbits digest.

I feed all 3 of my boas rabbits and their poo is solid
It shouldn't be the rabbit that made your snake have running poop. I have never seen a rabbit have runny poop as a result of feeding on rabbits, they've all had solid stools.
Get a fecal done on your snake, you will have a better idea of where to go from there ;)
