should be fine for milk snakes, can't comment for the rest, how are you going to provide UV light?

i was thinking at the top to put in lights inside a wood cabinet with like wire mesh inbetween that and the top cage

IMO thats too small for a milksnake, but should be ok for the leos.

how will you provide light in the bottom tanks. i just ask because i notice that there is no label for the bottom ones, but you may jsut be puttin them unter the heat pads of the top one.
i agreed that they are too small for adult milks, would fit for small ones , and would be good for leos.
each one, will be more than a 20g tank (i believe), i have a 20 that is 24*12*12

What about heat alot of snake like to bask and to do that you would need a heat light how about this use the top half for snakes so you could put heat lights on top and the bottom use for geckos and use uv light on the bottom of the top cages

They don't need any additional lighting as long as they aren't completely enclosed. I'm assuming the fronts will be clear (glass or plexi), if this is the case they will get enough light from a window in the room.

ok yes the front will be plexi sorry for not mentioning. other than this light they don't need any other light?

thanks

Unless you are housing Eastern Indigos, you don't need light. Indigos are one of the VERY few diurnal (active during the day) snakes in the world. The natural light pouring in from the front, even from the UVs you're using on the top, will be more than adequate.
