So I have a ball python, and have been thinking about getting a leopard gecko for a few days (I wouldn't actually buy it for months, but have just started doing the initial researching), and just as I was thinking about how I really need to go handle some leos and see what they're like (cresties were too jumpy for me), my housemate came home with a little baby leopard gecko! It's adorable...I love 'em. Now it's research and money-saving time...
(she might be posting on here later...I gave her the link) :D
Do they stress out like bps, or can you handle them every day?
leos are pretty tame but dont handle them for about 3 days when u first get them. let them adjust and stuff.. then u can gradually introduce them to the wonders of a human hand

You guys will want to leave the new addition alone for at least a week before you try to handle her, just to let her settle in. One she's settled in, you can start with some short handling sessions (5-10 minutes) -- like any animal, babies can be pretty jumpy and scared -- but with time and gentle handling, they'll calm down just fine :) Most adult leos are very good with being handled...
Good luck with the new addition!
Clownfishie is just right!!! Adults are so calms. My adulte male Rex even sleep into my hand sometime. I'm not sure he is normal cause when the television is open(with no sound) he watch it!!!!! He is definitely not normal!!!
