hey can anyone point me to some accurate, updated care sheets for Rosy's? There are lots out there but I want to make sure I'm getting the best ones. Wanna do a little research.
Also would it be possible to house one in a blanket or sweater box in a leo rack system Or would that be too risky with the leos? The temps are the same on the cool and warm end so I was just curious. I read that a sweater box is an accurate size, this wouldn't be too small? Or what about a 20 gallon with a wire locking lid with the doors on them. Can they escape those grill like covers or would that be fine?
Any advice or comments welcome. ;)

Rosies actually thrive in tanks due to their arid environment, unlike most other boids. If you choose to house your rosy in a sweaterbox, make sure you have a lot of holes for ventilation... these guys need to be dry! This thread should answer a lot of your questions, as well as this caresheet. The one listed from rosyboa.com in the thread is relatively good, however ignore the remarks of heat rocks. It is a little outdated  I was working ona caresheet for Rosies or this site, however I lsot everything on my computer a while back so I will be starting over. Hopefully have it up soon enough though :)

THanks Linds, now if only I can get hubby to allow a snake in the house. lol, he is terrified of them, even the smallest. :( But that will be part of my arguement. They are small, slow moving and probably bite just as much as my beardies, which is rare to never. ;)

See if you can find one at a store and bring him with you. Even people that are terrified of snakes seem to be ok with rosies for some reason...
