Very Unprofessional!

I am so upset with this reptile guy who I will leave unnamed, lest he reads this and end up not selling me my LIZARD! I have been trying to get info on this baby sudan lizard that he has for sale. Everytime I email or call to ask a question I am treated very rudely.

I just called right now to ask if I could buy one and have it shipped to me at a later date. I asked if he thought that he would have them still available to order next week, to which his reply was "there's no way of telling".

So I offered to purchase one right then and there over the phone. Then he told me that someone already bought the two that he had last night, but that their payment had not gone through yet, so he was going to let me know. So to email him and he will get back to me.

What kind of business is that to run?? I am so so pissed off. I wanted that baby so bad, and I don't think that I'm being treated like a "valued customer" or any kind of customer at that!

It sounds to me that he was trying to be helpful. How could he tell if he would have some later in the week or not. He doesn't know who might come in and buy some. He also said if the other people's payment didn't go through he would sell them to you. What's so bad about that?

But this is the only place that I can find non wild caught Sudan plated lizards! And even then they're across the country.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I called back and politely asked for more information so that I can know if I have to look elsewhere. We'll see, I may still get it yet. I'm just delirious over this lizard. I'm going to DAAAAAAIIIIIII if I don't get him!

I'm not big into lizards so I wouldn't know if they were hard to find or not. Was his attitude better this past call?

Yeah, I think he may be just one of those gruff sounding people. I think he heard the desperation and restrained anguish in my voice, lol.

Someone on this forum had said that he was a reliable source for reptiles, otherwise I would be skeptical.

He doesnt know the sex, but I've read that that's really difficult to tell on Sudans.

Its not actually 15$ for all 12. 15$ is the price for each individual snake. Also they are so cheap because they are wild caught.
