There's caresheets all over the place, but I honestly can't think of one I'd recommend. Info on cham care differs wildly from one keeper to the next. I sort of compiled 4 or 5 of them, split the difference, and figured out the rest from other keepers and deductive reasoning.

I'll bet somebody here has some good references for you.

Speaking of books...

Care and Breeding of Chameleons by Philippe de Vosjoli and Gary Ferguson is a good (And I hate to use this term) beginner book on chameleons. It can be found in most pet stores and I think I paid less than $15CAD for it. It covers all the basic husbandry requirements that chameleons need with some interesting breeding information as well.
