Good old Cold *** Canada kills all those released pets, unless ofcource they get into the pipes....

i have a doberman so no prob u know?
no cats, i just think it is sad that they shooting and killing these guys in florida.poor little kittens though.im gonna go catch me a lil baby:)(lol)

I’d volunteer to help collect them, if they would in turn send them back into the pet trade rather then kill them.

Thats Florida for you. There are so many animals that can survive here. I guess niles are pretty hardy and adapt well. Even in that area of the state the temps drop pretty low in the winter for short periods of time. It really sucks though that people have released them. It gives people who don't want us to keep herps ammunition.

I don’t imagine they were released. Most people will not let something go that they can sell. They are most likely escaped pets. A large Nile is a hand full to keep in any type of cage.
