View Full Version : Plains Garter in SK
Found this lil guy while driving along the farm roads of Saskatchewan. Actually Ryan found it. But we all scrammed outta the truck O' Shea style! Our first live snake in SK. The other was a DOR prairie rattler with it's rattle chopped off. :(

Ya, nice coral, Jus' like SC said ;)
Er...I think he was referring it as being coral food and not coral Dozer.
We can't wait to herp more there. There are bullsnakes, prairie rattlers, garters and even hognoses!

**looking around the room confused**
i am not a big fan of thamnophis (garter snakes and ribbon snakes) they are too whippy and thier musk is horrible but i even would say that it is a pretty snake
