Hey!
I want to know what u get when u breed a
anery and a salmon??
I heard its Pewter..
But then i heard its DH ghost
N i want to know if anery is a domenient gene
T.P
Anery is a simple recessive gene, salmon/hypo is co-dominant. I've never heard of Pewter?? The above breeding will give you the ingredients for ghost boas :)
Pewter is the combination of Anery and Hypo :) I guess thats the same thing as ghost?

T.P.:
I think you can ask Henry in BC he has some boas in that combination that are now sold I am told. But the write up is there.

If you bred the salmon het for anery with an anery you would produce some ghosts. Ghosts are the salmon and anery genes in one snake.
Pewter boas are when you breed a Nicaraguan Blood boa with a Nicaraguan Type 2 anery.
If you look at the way some of the cornsanke morphs are produced boas work the same way although some of these genes in boas are co dominant so you can actually produce them more easily. Corn genes are all recessives if I am correct.

Dan is right. Pewter is NOT anery x hypo. That would be ghost.
In this case, DH for ghost. Only, because hypo is co-dom, 1/2 the babies would be 100% het anery, and 1/2 the babies would be 100% DH ghost.
