Just wanted to say hi to everyone & to introduce myself.

I suppose I'm probably the only person from South Africa on here I guess but hope that doesn't matter!!

My name's Amanda and I've been living over in South Africa for nearly 8 years now. I recently bought my first Boa Constrictor.

He's a Male approx 1.7 metres long and I think around 18 months old.

He's my first big Boid so really am going to be bugging you guys for advice etc. as where I am over here there aren't too many reptile enthusiasts so thank goodness for the internet !!!!!

hey thanks sapphire moon seems like u and i have the same interests i am into piercings and tattoos too and of course reptiles in a big way lol!!! but my photography leaves a lot to be desired!!! but i keep on trying to get one decent pic
i like this site ppl are friendly it seems and its great to have somewhere to come to get some advice
