I was wondering if snakes scent their cage? Whenever I clean my BP's cage she goes around everything in her cage and rubs her nose and "cheek" against it, and not just the glass either, her water bowl, hide log, and climbing stick get rubbed. I'm using news paper as a substrate. So any ideas???
She isn't scenting her cage, she can't see the glass and is trying to get out and explore every nick and cranny of everything in her cage.

she only does this AFTER I clean her cage. And After she eats.

She is exploring her cage beacuse I'm assuming you mover her when oyu change it so each time you change the cage she wan't to have a look around.

Yeah, sounds like she's just exploring from being out when you clean the cage...

But I don't clean her cage every time I feed her. I take her out of the cage to feed her....when she's done I put her back in there, and sometimes she rubs her nose or the side of her "face" on the tank.

A good possibility would be that you moved some of her stuff around and she is looking for a place to hide. Are your hides set up correctly, at least one in each side of the tank? Are your temps correct?

Ya, everythings set up right....she just cruises around for about an hour and a half after she eats or after I clean her cage, rubbing "sniffing" sitting up and looking out the glass, watching everything, then she will usually curl around her water bowl (not always warm, so it's not for heat) for about 10-15 min, then she will kind of lay out on the cool side for about 10-15 min (not in her hide) but under some of the fake plants I have, then go to her hot spot and go into her hide until about 1 in the morning.
