I want to build a cage with three combined how should i put the heat tape in between the cages?? would i have to leave a gap between the cages?

Probably gonna have to tweak it a little Anyone have any ideas of what i could do different?

u could make it so ther is a diferent top for the cge below then the bottom of the cage up top and slide the heatpad in there

thats what i was thinking but thought it would take alot more materal
