AppleSauce?

I know alot of people feed their cresties babyfood, i was wondering if applesauce was good for a treat too?

I would think that applesauce has a lot of acid and sugar but if you don't feed it regularly, I don't see the problem..

I tried it, it didn't seem to take as well as the baby food :P
