I have never seen nelsoni with that many bands. Where did you get that one? Looks much like a ruthveni or a cross. Very pretty snake.

I did a scale count, I used the book Kingsnakes & Milksnakes by Ronald G Markel. I think it's a Queretaro King, or thats what the scales say lol...Thanks for the help Mark, and the rest of you guys lol I'm not up on my Tri-Colours, now I deffinatly won't get a nelson's female.

Is there a "barely noticable" color of green between the red and black? On some ruthven's it's noticable. The white will also sometimes become grayish. A little gray on the head too. My female laid 5 eggs and all went bad. SO, I bred her to a proven albino male this week. We'll see. Nevertheless, you have a very nice animal there! I have seen pyro x ruthveni and agalma x pyro that look much the same. The thing with ruthven's is- they'll breed with most anything and there's probably more with the albino gene than not. If you like crosses, then try an albino ruthven's mixed into the thayeri ssp. When bred back to each other, they produce some stunning (if gaudish) snakes. Look at Steve Osborne's coral pastel or pink pastel kings.

Very pretty snake! How big is he? What's under the white-out?

I'm not sure what that is but it isn't a Nelsons.
It almost looks like it's got some pyro or zonata in it. A belly pick might be of assistance.
I've worked with a great many triangulum..Never seen one quite like that.
I've bred ruthveni and nelsoni and arcifera and pyros too, as well as all the mexicanas...it doesn't quite look like any of those but I've seen
Mexicana triangulum crosses that look like that..for example Lm thayeri times pyromelana
It is gorgeous, and looks like a male, whatever it is.
Try and find out where the petstore got it. If you can trace it to the breeder it will say alot.
I'm not saying your snake is hybrid, because we don't know for sure, but this is a classic example of the problems hybrids cause. Once they are in the pet trade we're in trouble... What will you mate it with now, and what the heck will you call the babies...it's a complicated issue isn't it.
