Man, those guys are variable!! Is there multi-colored litters or are they all the same when they are born???

multicolored litters ;)
I heard that you could have 2 garden phase parents and have some nice colored babies...

It's true that you can have two different colored or patterned parents and the offspring will have different shaded of color and patterns. A pair of Gardens could produce a nice red animal or vice versa. Every litter is a new surprise. :D
Like most animals to some degree you can line breed Amazons to ry an produce the particular color or pattern you're looking for. If you were looking for solid red offspring then the most likely to produce such neonates would be to simply breed two red adults together. Although there is more of a chance of producing that nice red animal, you are still very likely to produce animals of different colors and patterns in the same litter. That's what makes this species Polyormorphic. :)
