I found some of these in the back yard a while ago. Any ideas? My guess is that the spider is in the crab spider family, and the last one is a mite, but don't know what type.

The first one is deffinatly a mite of some sort probably a deer mite but it is extremly hard to tell just buy looking. Same with the next two pics they are some species of crab spider but exactly which will be hard to tell. If you have a book on local inverts it may help. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

Yea the first does look like a deer mite.

Not too sure about the spider though. Some kinda crab spider like CNL SB said.

Cool thanks. I have a couple books on local bugs but they are very bad. The audobon one and bugs of BC.

her is another one, any ideas? Wolf? All i know is that it is a girl (had egg casses). Thanks.

Okay here ya go I hope you apprecate this. The crab siper is one of the Selenopids, and the Wolf spider is a common wolf I think.
