View Full Version : How old is your oldest reptile?
Most of mine are relatively young, and I was wondering how old your's were?

My banded basilisk Spaz is 13 going on 14. I have had her since grade 9. She was one of the first lizards I ever had! :D Tim.
I had Eric the snapper for over 22 years and fluffy the boa 17 + years. Fluffy was a full grown animal that I think was from the wild. I also have had other herps up to these times and have some that I;ve had over 10 years right now.

Okay, this girl isn't mine but I baby sit her a lot so does that count? if yes, she is a 48 year old red foot tortoise. But the oldest pet that I own is only 4 years old and that is my uromastyx.

I wish I knew how old my corns are, but they've had 2 previous owners. At least 3 years, but probably less than 7. My BCC is 9 months old.

my bp is 2-3 years(he's had to previous owners so i don't know the exact age) , my cali. king is 1 1/2, my RES is about 2 months, and my BRB is 1 month...
The reptiles I have currently are all youngsters at 3 or less because all while I was working as a vet tech I kept bringing home animals for short-term rehab and didn't buy any pets for myself as a result.
But I did have a 26 year old Pacman frog and a 14 year old White's treefrog while I was growing up. My garter snakes were wildcaughts so I never knew their age but I kept a Florida blue for 6 years and it was an adult when I got it.
