I was lucky enough to be checking the incubator at just the right time the other day.
Enjoy :)

They are very cute! I don't have any leos yet but just out of curiousity will that black and yellow one stay like that or will it lighten quite a bit?
Congrats!

Actually, they are Fat Tail Geckos, not Leos :)
Honestly, I'm not sure what the "normal" looking baby will turn out like. The father of these two is a Tangerine phase Fat Tail (Het for Amelanistic) and the mother is a Light Peach phase Amel. Speaking from a personal view point, I would assume he/she will grow up to display a lot of orange, but time will tell :)

Wow ok sorry. What is the difference between the fat tail and the leo? I have been looking at pictures because I am thinking of getting a leo and they look very close. I like these very much, much more than many leo pictures I have seen, so depending on care and stuff maybe I will get a fat tail instead. :) It won't be for a while though as I have to build a water dragon enclosure first. I still have to say they are adorable babies!
Thanks!

They are just TOO cute! I love baby fat tails... I bought mine at 3 weeks and he was sooo tiny. I think baby AFT's are cuter than baby leo's personally. BTW, the difference between leos and fat tails... leo's come from around the pakistan/afghanistan area and fat tails come from africa(hence the name: African Fat Tail Gecko). AFT's require a little bit more humidity than leo's but pretty much require the same care and they eat the same stuff... crickets or mealworms. Though, my baby AFT, Kai, likes both crickets and mealies... my other adult AFT, Sarabi, will only eat crickets. I guess some are just picky eaters. Oh, and also... I find AFT's more laid back and calmer than leos. All 3 of my leo's are very jumpy when you touch their backs and when I do the same thing to my AFT's they just sit there, lol. I'd recommend buying either one but anywho.. your decision.
Those are sooooo cute! I love baby pics! Congrats and good luck with them! It'll be interesting to find out how the normal colored one will turn out! :D
