i keep sticklebacks in my pond and right now i have about 100 babies swimming around!!!
I saw a bass at a local pet store this past winter.
If I remember correctly it was rather expencive, and they only had one.
I think you have to check with the MNR on keeping native fish all year.. but I think you can keep them if you follow the season and possession limits.... Here is the MNR site you might be able to get a contact from: http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/MNR/index.html
Cheers

Crusty, if you're too lazy to catch your own supper I'll let you in on a secret.....
Sobeys & Superstore both sell them
( & they're even pre-killed ! ).
Be really nice to the people there & they may even set you up with one that is pre-cooked, too.
What a treat !!!
Luv,Dar!!!
P.S. I posted the story about your girlfriend in the General Discussion for Baz to read!!!

LMFAO Crust....hahahahah!!!!
Darlene the last thing I'll ever be is lazy for one! Second I would never stoop low enough to eat pre-slaughtered frozen carp-A-LA-crap sauce like you silly newfa-scotians do! Third I actually do know how to kill and catch real-good-eatin fish. And as for my women you guessed it, I like the ones who are kinky & have froggy fettishes
luv CRUST!!
P.S. I can even cook-up a storm, you gotta try my HASH-BROWNS YUMMMMMMY!!!!!
