painted turtle eggs

i have a painted turtle that totally unexpectedly laid eggs and i was told to incubate them in a incubator i made with some help from a local pet store. I just put them in today and i wanted to know a couple things.. 1) am i supposed to incubate them? 2) How long would the eggs take to hatch 3) when do i know when the egg is officially no longer fertile and should be removed ffrom the tupperwear. If you have any tips for me on what im doing right or wrong please please tell me :) thanks every1
