hey,

For my B-day I got money and i'm allowed to get another leo!! I have chosen to get a female tang albino. I have a 15 gallon and a 10 gallon tank for my 1.1 leos. Should I buy a 15gallon or 10 gallon tank for her?

What size tank should I get for 1.2 leos? Is 33 gallons enough or should I get a 42 gallon? I don't have the room for a 33 or 42 g tank right away so i'll get a 15 gallon and quarentine her. Is 2 weeks or quarentine enough?

It would be best to give them as much room as possible(33 is adequate), but for quarentine 10 gallon is fine, you could even use one of those Sterilite clip down top containers, as long as you have a heat pad. Quarentine is kinda varied between person to person. I have recently changed my opinion and would say that 4-6 weeks should be given. During the first week get a fecal done by your vet, then another during the 5th or 6th to be sure nothing has come up. You never know, she could have worm eggs and they may not hatch for a while. Always better to be on the safe side.

minimum size for 1 leo - 15 gallon
minimum for 2-3 leos - 20 long

Where do you guys get your 20 and 30 long tanks??? All I see are 10,15,20,25,33gallon tanks. Who makes the long tanks?
