Can anyone tell me the pro's and con's if incubating and using the drilled rubbermaid tecnique??

Well. I don't know for Chameleons, but for my geckos I use a rubbermaid with holes drilled around. And this container is then put in a home made incubator. In that rubbermaind I have humid vermiculite.
But I think that incubation temperatures for Chameleons are lower than for geckos, so you can use the same kind of container but let it sit somewhere that as the right temperature, without having to put it in an incubator.
It's not really a question of rubbermaid or inbubator, it's more... where to put the rubbermaid..
But I'll leave the others talk about incubation methods for Chameloeon, since I can only tell yu what I read and not what I experienced.
