That is Bufo melanostictus, spelling might not be perfect but that is what it is. Some common names include the Asian red spine toad, as well as the reticulated toad. They are well know for adopting human settlements as their own-- throughout a good portion of asia, not the north however (kazakstan, other stans, and mongolia). You could make reference to what was written a few posts down about cane toads if you wish to know of the husbandry. Their quite similar in that aspect.

My book says that he is a retic toad...I have never seen one before but that guy looks like the photo in the book.

99.9% sure Reticulated Toad.
