Can baby leos survive 2 days without food? I ran out of crickets two days ago, so yesterday I didn't feed them. I ordered 1/4" crickets but they won't be here until tomorrow. So I can't feed them today either. I usually feed them 10 crickets/day. Will they be alright with 1 more day without food? They range in age from 1 month to 2 months.

Well they can live :) as long as you get the crickets in sometime this week but i think they would be fine...

They should be OK. Hopefully the crix are gutloaded when you get them. Otherwise I would gutload them before feeding them. In the future i'd suggest ordering your crix a week before you run out. :) Or do what I do and breed mealies! :)

I am so relieved! I was worrying so much! Yes, I will order earlier next time, I must admit it was very irresponsible of me to run out. I am trying to breed mealies but I don't have any babies yet. I have a lot of beetles though. I'm also trying to breed crickets (I need to keep them in the attic though cuz the heat, humidity, and crickets combined make it pretty stinky.
What size mealworms can I feed to geckos under 2 months old?

Small meal worms are fine as long as you dust them good. I usually feed crickets but give small meal worms as a treat, to vary thier diet.

mealies around an inch long should be fine. Even a little bigger is ok. With mealies pretty much as long as they aren't afraid of it, it's usually ok.
Yeah I use alot of Mealies in my Colony. Even some of my hatchlings learn to eat large mealies. They will be fine.

2 days? Heck yeah they can live! One of my geckos didn't eat for 9 MONTHS and was perfectly fine in the end! She started eating again. Yes, I took her to the vet, they had no clue what was wrong with her, she was healthy in every way. No parasites, no crypto, healthy as a horse. :-P Anywayz... she's doing wonderfully now. So yes, two days is nothing!
