tokay care guides

Does anybody know of any in depth care guides for Tokays? I've been looking all over the place on the net, but they are all pretty basic and all about the same. Do you guys know of any specific ones?

I'd get the Book on Tokays by AVs it's good and it's not very expensive.

Where would I find that book? I've looked alittle bit, but not too in depth, but I've looked. Any Ideas of where I can find it.
