I have a cage I just fixed up. I took pictures but my digital camera is terrible. No picture ever turns out good. Anyway here is the description of the cage:

**Its a 10 gallon tank with fine black soil in the bottom.
**I planted a small vine, 5 weeds that grow around my creek (which I think look nice), And a couple little weeds that look in a way like grass but taller and has slender leaves and a stem
**I sat a white rock, probably about 3"x3"x3" on one side with about 1/2" of space between it and the glass, but plenty of space on all 3 other sides of it
**On the opposite side from the rock, the dirt goes up like a hill and at the top of the small hill is where I have a water bowl (probably 2.5-3" deep
**There are 2 or 3 worms in the soil (I saw them when I dug it up) I dont need to remove them do I?
**The cage will probably be humid most of the time because I will have to spray the plants at least once a day and my houses average humidity is already around 50 or 55%

What do you recommend that I put in this cage? I just want to see what everyone thinks, I dont want to put anything that is hard to care for in there...something simple.

Let me know. Thanks, Chris.

How about a tarantula or another large spider?

How about some frogs. They are always fun to look at. And it sounds like you already have the enviorment for them.

Yeah, I put a tree frog in it...and some other frog that I havent IDed yet. I caught them both on a road beside a river last night...I hunt for snakes there.

I took the tree frog out. I put him in a huge cage, 5'x2'x3' high. I already have a log going diagonally through the cage and I plan to put a few pots (with no draining holes, so it doesnt mess up my cage) filled with dirt and place some vines and some weeds in there. I hope to find another tree frog to accompany him. Does anyone know what the best place to find one would be? I found this one on a hardly traveled road on a rainy night.
