Im setting up somthing I guess you could call it a snake store, and im going to have many and I mean many snakes!I plan on feeding them pinkies and the bigger ones fuzzies and adults, should I go ahead and start breeding rats to insure I will have some when I open?If you dont know what im talking about when I say store look in the ball python section and go to the topic "my own reptile store".The store will open in like a week or two may be a little longer...

Let me get this right the store will be open in a week,
and you want some feeders to feed your many snakes.

So yes start breeding

Can I see your business plans and start up costs forcasts?

Thanks

I just think you may be taking things a little to fast. Plus im a little confused as to who is going to buy these snakes from you with no client base. Thats all. I think you should wait a few years. Good luck!

Hey everyone let me try an explain this to you,I have an old storage building outside which serves no purpose so I had the idea to keep a whole lot of snakes in there. So me and my cousins are painting, installing an ac and heater, and remodling most of it friday. Were going to wait a day or two for the smell of the paint to settle down before we add animals. We have a home depot over here which sells clear Rubber maids(55 gallons)for 3.99 so im going to get a few of those and a whole lot of little ones.I realy dont care if they sale or not because id realy like to keep all of the snakes any way...

Get your business license yet? Your permit to sell live animals? Your corporate tax id? There are lots of things you need to do in order to set up a small business in the US without getting hassled by the animal control, tax or government officials.
