on my way out of my usual herp pond i decided to check a few new spots.... that proved fruitfull. i caught this guy, a 44 1/4" northern water snake, as i moved the grass on the edge of a pond. he bit at first, but later calmed to a melow state, i wanted to keep him, but i already have 2 bps, and i would have room, any way

im tring to post pics, but cannot get it right, maybe next time.
