I think joining this hobby is probably the best thing thats happened to me since Power Rangers(I was full-on into it!). NOt only do you get the joy of being able to raise an ACTUAL animal but if you do your research it helps a TON in school. I found myself yesterday helping my Sophmore friend with her Biology homework. She was studying the Punnet Square and genetics, etc.

Its a great hobby! The only thing I hate, is that I see so many people jump into the hobby so fast! They end up with 5+ reptiles sometimes alot more and then a year later they loose the interest in it and the reps suffer....

It was just last weekend I went to rescue a monitor and ended up walking out of the house with 2 ball pythons, 1 columbian, 1 monitor, and a cute little sinaloan milk.....

Dont get me wrong I was happy to do it....but I would have been happier not to have had to do it!
