Mealworms skin

Should I take out the shedded mealworm skin from my mealworm cage?

I don't. I feel that it only stands to reason that if they shed it as they grow then they probably need it as a food source to grow. Only my opinion.

I don't either...I agree with Alain, and besides, it'd be pretty time consuming ;)
