I saw this picture [copyright to it's owner, it is NOT my picture] and want to make one very similar.. problem is I don't have dimensions or ideas as to the best wood[s], to use.. also would glass, plexiglass or acrylic? be better for the doors?
I'll be heating using heating pads under a false floor made of plexiglass/glass. Not sure about how to setup lighting as I don't ue lamps. I'm thinking maybe florescents? or an appliance blub in the corner, cover/protected by a cage of aluminum screening?

It would be for three corns and a little colony of Leopard Geckos.

Not sure about the dimensions, but I would definitely use oak :) Good luck!

Looking at this cage its not all that tough to put together, if cost is a factor use pine straping for the corners it looks like he's useing melamene for the side's and likely the same for the floors but we cant see it for sure in this pic, peg board for the backing good air flow , very easy to set-up just keep everything sqaure .lol .
Glass is good for the door windows itll be easier to clean than plexiglass and it wont scratch. just use good strong hinge's.
I.d go with dimentions something like 6' H 32" L 20" D
depending on how big your gecko's are you might want to use a bit of screen in there section over the back.lol
Hope this gives you a hand
Good Luck
