Hey all...
I am having to get rid of all my reptiles and stuff for personal reasons...
It sucks, but, I gotta do what I gotta do. Anyway, thanks everyone who has answered my questions, sold me stuff, helped me in some way or another, chated with me, asked me questions... Everything about the whole bloody hobby.
Well, I am selling all my stuff (on classifieds). And probably after that, I will stop visiting ssnakess, unfortunately. I would love to stay around and answer what questions I can, and stick aroudn wtih you guys, but, I find it rather useless if I have no reptiles or bugs...
I really loved the hobby, and the whole ssnakess community.
I came on here a jackass with a reptile and some bugs, and I leave as a jackass with no reptiles or bugs. I really thank you all!

What up Dan? Why leave? You can always get some reps later. But you are a valuble part of this forum and wise beyond your years. I wish more of the young people on here were more like you. If your mind is truely made up then I wish you the best. But I would ask that you reconsider this decision.

Just becasue you will not have any reptiles or bug does not mean you can not stay on the site and just chat ECT but sorry to hear you are getting rid of you reptiles :(

I will pop on occaisonally of course, but, in can't be my hobby anymore. I have been having some family troubles, and I found myself moved into a position that made me unable (mentally and physically) to keep any sort of herp or insect....
I am very sad about this, and, unfortunatly, no matter how much I try, there is no way that can change the situation...
*sigh* I'll miss you all, and thanks for the kind words!

Dan I can totally respect your decision. I will miss our conversations though. Please don't ever give up on something you love. Even if you have to postpone it for awhile. Keep up with your reading and research. Who knows maybe you can turn it into a career someday. Take care and I hope to see you back here sooner then later. Tim

sorry to see you make this decision, my out-side the box answer is get rid of family, tell the Dr.'s they are a$$es, and keep your reptiles/bugs. I really hope you can get your head/health back to 100%, then buy a 1000 new animals. I really hope you don't let these things get in the way of you sharing your knowledge with those less experienced.

lol, thanks Rev.
Anyway, I feel ashamed of myself... I've broken down and started crying about 4 times (3 in school... oh no, lol) in the past 24 hours... I've decided to stay on the board, and stuff still, although, I probably won't be on the usual 3-4 times daily... But I'll still be here enough to annoy you all... lol
Thanks all for the kind words...
But its not really goodbye to you.. jsut to bugs and herps...
whatever, lol
