one of my 'natives' a bit behind those in the wild, sometimes we forget to 'stop and smell the flowers' in our discussions here.

Looks pretty but i'm not sure i wanna get too close to smell, those look like sharp points...

We got cacti around here like that! But the flowers are yellow... I think I have a pic of the flower..

Oh boy Rev, you gotta send me a handful of those as babies....sure way of teahing the cats and dogs NOT to eat the
house plants...Wow.....sure is a nice looking flower though.

Oooh I love catci, all plants really. I have them everywhere, and I love taking care of them. I have yet to have a cactus bloom though.

Mmmmmm, I can almost smell it! Are there many other colors? Tim really enjoys cacti, but I always end up killing the poor things. Any easy ones do you think? :D

LOL I wouldn't be so sure of that :p Friend of mine, her lab used to eat the cacti and yelp, then bite it again, and yelp, and do it again... he would do that for hours I swear :rolleyes:
