Plated Lizard died

she died this morning when I went to go check on her I tried not to cry but I did because I gotten very attached to her. She was 17in. and I thought she was healthy, she threw up two days ago and the next day the petstore said she'll be o.k. since it just happened once but after that day she died. Did anyone have a pet lizard that died that you fell in love with and what you did after that?:( :( :(

my chameleon died of old age about a year ago. I was really attached to him. But you get over it. Just move on.

Yes I can relate I just found my 11 year old Male water dragon about an hour ago. He must have passed away this morning. It really bites but he was old and had a good life.

i found one of my day geckos caught up in the lid somehow the other day. It was on mother's day so no one was home but it looked like someone had opened the cage and closed it on his head. It was terrible. I came home and peered into the cage to tell the momma gecko happy mother's day and i saw her hubbie hanging from the top; Shawshank Redemption style :(

just part of having a pet i guess. i'm glad i'm not as attached to my lizards and snakes than i am to my puppy. :( good luck to anyone who is mourning right now
