The largest tree frog is the Giant tree frog (Litoria infrafrenata) from Australia. It lives in the tropical part of N. Queensland. It averages 10cm but can reach 14cm. I don't think they are easy to find though being Australian. We had a big eyed tree frog reach about 3 inches before but I think Waxy monkey frogs are probably your best bet.

Easy to find in captivity ... Litoria caerulea a rather large treefrog in general, ranging in length from 3 to 4.5 inches (7 to 11.5 cm) (Badger 1995). Females are usually slightly bigger than the males. An average female specimen is about four inches in length, whereas their male counterparts are more likely to be in the 3 inch range (Mattison 1987). The White's (or Dumpy) Treefrog is native to Australia and southern New Guinea.

A freind of mine has some gladiator tree frogs "Hyle boens", and a couple of them are almost exactly 4". Waxy monkeys can get pretty big too. Anyway, they are in captivity so they MAy be easier to get. Im curiouse what those giant trees look like, any pics?

Cuban Tree Frogs (osteopilus septentrionalis) also get quite large. Females can reach up to 5" in length (almost 13 centimetres).

I have one of these frogs. I always knew it as a white lipped tree frog, but was told it is the largest tree frog in the pet industry. He is very nice, still young and a pain in the butt when he barks like a medium sized dog at 2-3 am. lol. He belongs to my daughter.
Here is an old picture. He has grown since this but I haven't gotten any recent pictures. Sorry.

I'm not sure about this one species from Vietnan, though this tree frog is HUGE. We're talkin' a good 5" and no bull poop either...
