bloods need a higher humidity at 60%, 80% during shed and need to be soaked when they are in shed. I have a female adult borneo short tailed she is great dog tame got her as an adult from a local pet store for $80(suckers) I also have a male borneo short tail and he will strike your hand if you get close. he has always been mean. As far as size blood pythons(6-8ft) are larger then borneos (4-6ft) and blacks(a little shorter then borneo). I keep mine in visoion cages they hold a good humidity. These snakes are ambuse predators so they dont hunt for food they wait. So they dont need alot of space, they like it snug. hope this helps you out. Nick
We love our little guy, even though he tries to take chunks out of us (ouch) every once in a while.
