I found three weired caterpillars today.
I was weeding a garden in our backyard, and I yanked up a clump of grass, and their was this little wormy looking thing lying under the plants. I found 2 more, and brought them inside an inch long I think (maybe bigger), and are green. They are a pale green on most of their body, with dark green triangle-type patterns near the back. I live in Victoria BC. Any Idea what it is? Kyle B, maybe you know?

Hey man, I dont know a whole lot about butter's/moth type things, but if i were to guess i would say it is an "Anise Swallowtail". I have found a couple of their catepillars in Victoria. They are fat, green background with black spots/bands (very possible that they are triangles), with varying amounts of yellow inside the black. The ones i found had very little yellow. sound like it? Sorry i have no pictures of them.

Thats probably it... Quite fat, even for a catterpillar. A tad of yellow inside, yeah...
I bet thats it.
Thanks!
