I had that problem when I installed a program to stop the &^%& anoying popup advertising you get on most sites.

Try checking your internet security settings, there might be something set in there that is blocking the icons.

Standard Internet securities would not cause these problems unless you blocked certain pages from your browser, resulting in whole pages being "not viewable".

Updating the latest installments for internet explorer may have something to do with some online viewing problems but I don't believe this is the case. It looks like a loading problem in the server or software..... Just IMO.....
