My little lady is about to shed!! i was thinking she was starting to be stressed or something but her eyes went pale 2day! do they go off food for this time :thumbsup:

Never heard of a snake sufficating from eating during shed. I've seen some snakes refuse food during shed and that's why we won't bother feeding some of our snakes during shed, but others are chompers blue or not.

I've never heard of it either??? All mine have eaten right before shed at one time or another, and they've refused to eat before shed too. Matter fact my new Brooksi ate the day before he shed. And I've never had any sufficate? Sometimes they will hold off defecating till after shed though, usually in the shed. :p
