Rough green snakes..

Where would the best possible place to find one be? This has got to be my favorite snake in FL. Do I have to look high in trees for do they hang out near eye level? I need to know where I can find one of these!!!!

Oh, and how common are these guys to find? About as common as RingNecks or Racers?

They are very common here in central TX, but almost impossible to see; they blend in so well. I've had some luck with a flashlight at night in the trees, the light reflects off of them differently than it does the leaves and branches. :)

Jeff, I have found only a few over the years. They were on the ground or only a few feet off the ground. Of course they could be higher, I just haven't seen them there.
