Quit replying to a thread that you have nothing of value to add. You are quickly becomng very annoying
With regards to Burmies, I'm going to let a Moderator know the crap he's pulling, it really is annoying. I suggest everyone who has a prob. with this also, do the same.
I am 100% agreeing with Mykee and Greg West on this.
Its not fair to single anyone out, BUT, you constantly reply "nope" or with half truths. Me or someone else has had to correct your colubrid info at least half a dozen times that I can remember. And not just hard stuff, simple care questions that you have lead people in the wrong direction on.
I hate being a jerk, but like these people its getting tiring.
Marisa
I have not dealt with them, but in my personal opinion, the person who runs it looks like he/she knows what they are doing. Thank you very much for putting that link up because I will probably eventually buy some type of gopher, and since those prices are cheap, I will look in that direction first. Since you live in Ont. yourself Alex33, I don't think there is too much to lose because under the terms it says you have 72 hours(I think) to report problems and such. Looks to me they aren't too bad, and obviously aren't desperate for money either, JMHO though! :)
You mean to tell me that Burmies is not a super herp professional? Darn... I thought with all those posts and nice bright & shiny stars that he was an expert!
LOL!!!
I too am very fed up of seeing the totally useless posts that Burmies writes, the majority or them are: I don't know and other things of the like. Well if you don't know, don't answer that you don't know!!! It definitely doesn't make you look smart to answer someone's question that way. You answer numerous posts this way and it is getting not only annoying but tiring. It's to the point now that if I see a post written by Burmies I don't even bother to look at it anymore, I know there is absolutely nothing useful to read in it.
Hopefully he this will stop soon,
Pixie

Thank you guys. I am relitivly new so I didn't want to talk smack about a longer term member. But holy cr*p it gets annoying. I only answer posts were i have something to add or if I want to learn something about the rep. in the thread!-Tim
As to your question Alex 33. I have not received anything from them yet but I do have about $900 on order for about a month now. I have found the service prompt at first. But I have been waiting for a reply to my (please update me) e-mail for a week and a half now! I don't know if this helps you in your decision at all but I thought I at least had something to contribute to this thread!

I totally agree with everyone on the Burmies subject, I've been annoyed from the start, but didnt want to say anything since im a newbie.
anyways thanks for the people who answered my question. I emailed the guy and got on their waiting list for the bearded dragons, and im also looking at a few other things. Oh, and by the way i sent them an email liek 2 weeks ago and i havent gotten anything back either, maybe their computer system crashed or something? hmmm oh well, you never know
getting back to the original subject,
i have not bought from Rob, but I have dealt with him in the past (he bought from me).
i can say that he seems like a good guy and was pleasent to deal with, everything went real smooth (but thats really all i can add to the subject).
Well, it seems we all know what this thread has turned into, and it's about damn time! It seems our little annoying "friend" is simply responding to everyone's questions to get more stars, and to be well-known. Don't worry Burmies, you are definitely well-known, however, the difference between you, and other people who have many stars, like, say, Linds, Clowfishie, Cranwill, is that they are HELPFUL with their responses, are well-respected for their help, and are an asset to this little community. You Burmies, are a liability and a joke.

Rob Kamstra from Thunder Bay Reptiles will do you no wrong. He has excellent specimens and his customer service is second to none. You won't go wrong buying from Rob. Hope this helps.

burmies: "uuurgh im on my deathbed and i wish i hadnt posted all those useless msgs!, think of all the needy people i coulve helped!"
sorry i cant resist a good P*ss taking!
back to the subject! i envy all of you who live in canada!! those are amazingly cheap prices! there has to be some sort of mistake! you pay about £40 for a normal leo gecko with a leg missing over here...damnit! thats it.....im emmigrating!!(seriously...im thinking about it!)

I've delt with Rob for a few years (him mostly buying from me) and I've found him to be an honest fella and think you should consider dealing with him as well.
On another note, this post was about Thunder Bay reptiles. Why not continue they fighting on a new post and deal with the question about Thunder Bay Reptiles. The other bickering is off topic to this post.

Couldn't help but to agree about burmese, I mean I think I can say I know a lot about certain species, but i normally leave advice up to the experts. Here is a prime example of burmies running his mouth when he has no idea what hes talking about and posting for the count:
