either he isn't cycling them properly to get them interested in breeding or possibly they're a same sex pair.
could be many reasons, those are the two main reasons as i see it.
VPI produces come of the nicest short-tailed pythons and bloods around. How many attempts has he made? They are still quite young so I can't imagine he has made many attempts. Breeding snakes or most reptiles isn't sure thing, you can't guarantee you will have babies everytime just because you put them together, even if you do everything to the book. And often even if copluation has taken place, that is not to say that the female will lay. As Grant mentioned, I would make sure that they are indeed a male/female pair before purchase.

yup its a sure m/f =) do you think either one of the two had reproductive problem? do this happens in snake? i think he has attemp breeding it a few times, but had no luck on breeding. how do you cycle bloods? how can you get them to cool down?

Chances of them having a reproductive problem is slim. They evolved that crap out many moons ago. Its most likely a husbandry issue. Bloods have been producing eggs for hundreds of thousands of years without problems. We've been hatching them in captivity for maybe 30 years.
Yeah, husbandry is the problem.

My only advice is to be very sure you do a LOT of research before you ever purchase these snakes. They are not really beginner snakes, so you need to find out as much as possible about them, then decide if you are willing to put in the time and effort they need.
