I just thought to my self since silk worms are so expensive why dont i just try to do it my self. I just wanted to ask anybody who has tried it before....is it hard.....and if not how do you do it?

its not worth it the food is like 10 bucks u.s. a half pound try breeding superworm or wax worms or hell any thing else

yep i have mostly seen brown chunks if you know whats in it you know the secret

i've read that adults do okay on mulberry leaves but the babies really need the 'secret mix'. if you have mulberry bushes in your yard, or if you can get them, it might be worth trying.

mm love mulberrys, we have a big mulberry tree
