Buttercup, the female okeetee corn I bought off of Littledelgado this winter, just laid 17 eggs! 3 of them look a little narrow and are a bit more off-white than the rest so I'm assuming those are slugs.

Anyway, I'm excited! :D

Well, maybe slugs is not the correct term if they aren't live born snakes(?). I just meant unfertilized eggs. :)

That's awsome! Congrats Cranwill. I'm still waiting for the pre-egg laying shed:( She is huge though, 700g. When she came out of brumation she was 562g.

Thanks guys. She was so nice and plump until she laid her eggs. Now she looks so skinny in comparison. :D

Good luck with them, i have a question for you tho,
i am going to start breeding corns but do you hvae to use an incubator or can u let the mom nest on them? i am just wondering thanks

I don't think corns will do that. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure....
