Often peoples ask me what’s the difference between sorong and merauke crocs, merauke are the only crocs to develop black throat and yellow nose, there body patterning is broken down not in rows of large spots, like sorong and there coloration is more intense. But perhaps the most important merauke are less shy and better tempered animals. Kind regards

VERY nice monitors, wish they didnt get so big. I love the male, he is awesome looking. KInd of like my dog, except my dog has a yellow head and then a black nose.

These are second generation; they are exactly 11.5 months of age and hers a photo of them 2 weeks ago. Canadians have no reasons to envy other countries, as far as monitor husbandry and breeding goes.
