Hey all, my Leo Fredrawdico might be a girl! The man at the petstore said he was a boy, and he shows the lump in his tail like a boy (the lump is huge). But I see no pre anal pores when I look. I know hes mature because hes really big. Can someone post pics of the underside of their male or female leos? Thanks all, I'll try to get a pic as well.

I'm pretty sure there's a good pic under leo care sheets in
king snake . com (no spaces in address)
Cheers,
Scott

Well guys, looks like Fredrawdico's a female..:( . Im pretty sure I have propperly sexed *her and have put her in her new tank (should have pics up soon). This sucks because the herp show is the 24th and I wanted to get a Rainwater male for her and if I put them together they might breed, if shes too young for this she could die from being too small. :(. Thanks a lot though Scott. Maybe I should just get another female? Would they fight? Thanks guys.

I had the same problem with Murtle. I thought she was a boy because she has very pronounced bulges but no pores. I'm pretty sure she is a hot female, which might explain the development of bulges.

You can't house them together immediately anyways due to quarantine procedures. It is very important that this is followed. It's best to quarantine IMHO for 3 months. Please keep this in mind.
